Default Fast Food - Didja Ever Notice...

....that the places that serve the best fast food aren't really all that
fast when it comes to preparing your order? Methinks there's a lesson
there...

This came up on ba.food...someone mentioned In 'n Out taking like ten
minutes or so to fill an order while BK or McD's were much shorter...

Of course In 'n Out had long lines and the other places didn't or were
empty...people are obviously willing to wait longer for better food.

Nah, White Castle is very fast.

Just had a slider a little while ago, one of the guys brought in a case
in place of "changing jobs doughnuts". MMMMMMMM.

You can't even use In'n'Out Burger's name in the same sentence with
those burger bombs. In'n'Out Burger makes gonzo burgers that are well
worth the wait. Ditto for Fatburger's, the Cadillac of hamburgers ...
and I won't eat a hamburger unless it's an In'n'Out or Fatburger's.

I guess it depends on the fast food joint. I had to go to work today at
7:30am to deal with an emergency. I ended up working until around
2:00pm. For a quick lunch, a colleague and I walked to the MacDonalds
near our office. The cheeseburger I ordered was served in well under one
minute.
