Only two months until the annual San Diego Cook-In! All are welcome, just
email me to get on the mail list. As always, it looks like it will be sots....er, lots of fun! Good friends, booze and food! What more could you want! If you would like to attend but don't feel comfortable cooking something for us, don't worry! There are lots of ways you can assist. You can also attend and just contribute your company. Everyone (male or female) gets a hug and kiss from me! You will also meet some of the bestest and kindest people who ever posted on this news group. So, set aside the weekend of June 25th, cash in your air mileage or fill your gas tank and come down to beautiful Poway (Sandy Eggo) for the event of the year! Our host for the first few years, Jim Przwara, aka Hippy Jim, will be able to attend this year (no conflicting beer festivals or blue grass festivals)! Charlie Liam |

In other words, piles of newspapers and books and similar clutter that have to be shifted to make room for people to walk around the house. And cat fur! Our three furry children will be in the utility room, but we don't need the reminder dust-kitties around the rest of the house. You may think I am really crazy, but we are also having the June meeting of our native plant club here the Monday before. We were also hoping to have the living room furniture recovered, but have been too busy. For example, locked myself out of the house, and used a hachet to get in. :-( Some days are not easy. Same day I fell on the garden stairs and got both knees. The fibro pain increased for a couple weeks. aaugh... I'm going on way too much..breathe slowly and deaply... Katherine |

If I tried to clean my place up I'd need to use a backhoe to start with. I just hope you are feeling well enough to cope with us! I'll try to behave myself. Note to Terry: I'll be propped up in the breezeway not the patio. Charlie |

It was a party trick though and had nothing at all to do with the amount of beer and mixed drinks I had. Charlie |

Still trying to make it, but the jury is out. Multiple conflicts, enough so, that if I come, it will be with beer in hand, not food as cooking time will be non-existent. Hey, what kind of coffee brewer will be on hand? Drip? Perhaps I can roast a pound of Kona and bring it. I've some Smith Farms green on hand. jim |

Bring some beer or wine if you like. A beer or other drink in hand is of utmost importance. > Hey, what kind of coffee brewer will be on hand? Drip?
