Ragin Cajun Recipe Needed
Some years ago, on PBS a man from Lousiana (sp?) by the title name had a recipe for ribs in a oven bag. I used to have the recipe but have since lost it. I think he used pork but I'm gonna use beef and hopefully someone here has or remembers how he made 'em. If you have made 'em have you tried cooking them in either a microwave or a toaster oven? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance. Tai |
