I am sorry to say this page was quite incomprehensible. The recipes may be
good (or not) it is impossible to tell. Either leave it in French or get a
proper translation.

Thanks. Great site. Gives me a idea of another part of the world's food
culture. I know enough about food to make my way through here, and
wouldn't have you Americanize it or homogenize it for anything.
