Default Breakfast

Dug some potatoes about 7 this morning. Diced and sautéed in a bit of
olive oil. Two over easy eggs atop two slices of toast made from
yesterdays buttermilk bread.
Sometimes retirement can be such a bitch!!! ;-)

Yum, sounds a lot like our dinner last night -- julienne potatoes
and sliced onion fried brown and crispy in olive oil, scrambled
eggs with cheddar and minced ham, and some wheat toast. We didn't
dig our own potatoes or bake our bread, but it was still very
good...

I hate you. I get up at oh dark thirty to go to the gym so I can get
to work on time and "breakfast" is usually a latte from the drive
through coffee place in Laguna Beach. OTOH, the latte jump starts my
motor and I'm pumped to begin my day dealing with lawyers and idiot
clients.

I don't know what you do for a living, but if I had to get up that
early, I'd be looking for another job ASAP.

Part of it is the commute (my choice) which is about 1-1/2 hours, and I
usually stop for coffee on the way.
