Thanks for those links luv!
I'm checking them out.

I have a very dear freind with HIV so have sent her the site also.

There is both a good Mexican market and a good asian market in Austin.
Hopefully I can find those there!

Oh lordy...
Shaun does not own those websites!
Shaun is no more of a spammer than you are when you post URL's Shel'
honey! :-)

BTW, got any good websites for unusual veggie seeds?
I'd like to try growing more string beans......

I'll see your two shifts and raise you two: I work 6 PM to 6 AM, Friday
through Monday.

Sometimes, it's the only reason I buy a coconut - for the drink.

EW! ;-)
How do you do 4 in a row???
I'll have Mon. off and sleep most of it, then work 4x8's Teus. to Fri.

You still have it worse off than I do...... but OTHO, you will get 3
days off???

And probably sleep the entire first day right?

My commute is about half an hour, give or take ten minutes, and I generally
get a full eight hours of sleep every night, so that leaves three hours for
food prep, housekeeping, and making myself presentable for work the next
day. I *do* get three days off each week, which I love. I maintain roughly
the same nocturnal schedule on my days off as on my working days.

To put it in perspective, in my current job, I get MUCH more sleep than I
did as a Surface Warfare Officer in the Navy. In those days, if the ship
was underway, I'd be lucky to get more than four hours of sleep in any given
24-hour period. My career was spent on destroyers (well, there was one
cruiser, but it had the hull of a destroyer), so I was underway a LOT.

I hope you can - they're delicious. We get them here at Akhtar's when he has
them in, which isn't often enough...

Now that I've seen what they look like, (cut white husk with a pointy
top) I'm pretty sure they sell them at the asian market I go to!
I've just never checked them out....

Actually, the news I got at work Friday afternoon made my weekend just
fine....

They fired my boss this past Wed. afternoon. ;-) I did not find out
until Friday. Now as long as HR does not hire another ass hole, all will
be well!

I'll let you know! :-)
My Thanh has good prices and most of the produce is in pretty good shape.
I've always wanted to try a green coconut and have never had the chance.

I'll let you know what happens when I finally go and get one...

InDEED!!! He has driven off SO many good people and they are NOT as easy
as he seemed to think to replace! We are supposed to have 23 people
working and we only have 15. Gods knows when I'll be able to take a real
vacation again. :-(

Oh I have the vacation days! Have over 240 hours accumulated.
Thing is, you can't take vacation if there is no one to take your place.
The shifts have to be covered, and without overtime! :-P
