Anyone have Lidia's Italian-American Kitchen cookbook? I'm looking
for the spice/herbs she called for in her meat sauce Bolognese. I remember all the rest of it, but not the spice/herbs other than a fresh bay leaf. I know how I'll probably do it, but just want to know her specs. TIA. nb |
