Default Josh's Salmon

Josh's Salmon

4 Filets
1/2 Bag Brown Sugar
1/3 Bottle Worchester Sauce
1 Bottle Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
Chili Sauce to Taste (For Heat, if you want)
((((Not Hot Sauce, Chili Sauce ONLY))))
Optional Honey…. I use about 4 Tablespoons

Mix all ingredients well, except salmon.
Soak Filets in marinade at least 2 hours. The longer the better!
Grill or bake till flakes easily with fork.

How much is a 1/2 bag of brown sugar? That would be a pound of sugar in the
bags that I buy.
Sounds good .. but thats a LOT of sugar.

Yep. I've been known to buy 3 pound bags of brown sugar, 1 gallon
"bottles" of soy sauce and qts of Worcestershire sauce. Any of these
quantities would surely need more than 1 Tablespoon of GARLIC!

Thanks for the clarification -- I've put this in my "must try" file...

I love salmon and never thought it needed much of anything. I usually just
brush it with a little olive oil or butter, a little salt and pepper and some
fresh dill weed if I have any. No need to get fancy with salmon.

Need and want are two different things. I, too, like salmon with just
butter, salt and pepper. Fresh dill is nice too. I usually "need" to have
those things with salmon.

I "want" to try this recipe as it sounds interesting.
