Am's Honey Garlic Spareribs

3 pounds Pork Spareribs
Garlic Salt
1/2 cup Honey
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
3 tablespoon Cider Vinegar
5 Garlic cloves ; minced
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

-= Instructions =-
Season sprareribs with garlic salt; arrange in a 13"x9"x2" baking
dish. Cover with foil & bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour until tender;
drain all liquid. Combine remaining ingredients into a saucepan and
simmer 5 minutes. Drizzle honey mixture over spareribs & bake
uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; baste every 10 minutes.
Makes about 20 to 24 spareribs.
