Apricot Glazed Ham Steak

12 ounces Boneless ham steak
2 tablespoon Reduced calorie apricot
Jam
2 tablespoon White wine
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Score one side of ham in a crisscross pattern and place in a shallow
baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients and spread evenly over ham.
Broil 5 inches from heat until hot and bubbly, about 3 minutes. Per
serving: 18g protein, 5g fat, 4g carb., 1061mg sodium, 45mg chol.,
137 calories.
