Baked Spam and Tortellini Casserole

1 jar spaghetti sauce - (10 oz)
1 can Spam luncheon meat - (12 oz) cubed
1 pkt cheese tortellini
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)

* Heat oven to 375 degrees.
* In a 2 1/2-quart casserole combine all ingredients except
mozzarella cheese, mix gently. Bake covered, stirring halfway through
baking, 50 to 60 minutes or until tortellini are tender.
* During last 5 minutes of baking, uncover and top with the
cheese.
* This recipe yields 4 servings.
