Default dinner tonight

grilled pork chops marinated in : soy sauce, lime juice, oyster sauce,
cilantro, garlic,fresh ginger, black pepper, chinese five spice.

grilled pineapple

grilled asparagus with salt and papper and a little tarragon vinegar.

Ive been thinking about grilled pineapple since i saw the pics that pete
romfh posted in alt.binaries.food . mmmmm!

There is a nice sauce for grilled pineapple...rum and butter. Wish I
had it.

mmm! that sounds marvelous! i'll have to google that.
my daughter loved the asparagus and pineapple, but declared the pork
chop "too spicy", and only ate the "'lantro" (leftover from making the
marinade :> )
