Default fruit with a Mexican spice mix

We went to a Latino Festival this weekend, and bought something of a
fruit salad, with chunks of mango, watermelon, and cantaloupe mixed
together. What was different, however, was that a mexican spice mix
was sprinkled over the fruit--all I know is that there was cayenne
pepper in it. It was a very delicious sweet 'n' sour, hot 'n' cool
combination. Any idea what the spice mixture was?

TIA,
Courtney

4 oz. Original Pico De Gallo
The Original Hot & Spicy Seasoning intended for use on fresh fruits and
vegetables. Sprinkle on your favorite fruit with a splash of fresh lime juice
for a unique taste. The traditional fruit salad of Mexico.

Yep. There are competing brands, but every Farmer's Market in the San
Diego area has one of these stands. It makes a good snack break on our
bike rides. Liquados are usually nearby.
