Arni Kleftigo - Lamb Chops In Foil

8 Lamb chops
4 Garlic cloves ; sliced
1/4 cup Butter ; smelted
3 tablespoon Lemon juice ; fresh
1 tablespoon Oregano ; dried
1 tablespoon Mint ; dried

Make small holes into the chops and put garlic slices in. Put every
chop to individual square piece of foil. Deal the other ingredients
evenly on the chops. Make tight packages. Put the packages on the
baking sheet into the oven (350 F) for 1 1/2 hours. Put the
the packages (two for a person) to the plates to be opened at the
table. The meat should be very soft. Serve with lemon edges.

This sounds like a good thing to do with lamb shoulder chops or cheaper
chops. I don't think I would do mini chops this way.
