I have an enamel covered pan (including the bottom) with two stubby handles
on each side. It's shallow, probably about 3 inches deep at the most. Is this a paella dish? Can I use it on the stove-top (gas), or is it really for baking? |

Whether you can use it on the stove top or just for baking depends on what it is made of. -- Peter Aitken Visit my recipe and kitchen myths page at www.pgacon.com/cooking.htm |
