Default E 3 party food report.

Admittedly, catering for a few thousand people is a challenge to say the very
least. But all in all it is a fun prospect to see just who and what they are
serving: Note that Busses were furnished from several locations around the LA
Area.

All venues had some decent live R & R Band(s) as well as some other
entertainment.

Monday - Microsoft X-Box 2 AKA the 360 inside the Shrine Auditorium. 6:00PM
till 1:00 AM

Drinks before the presentation - None!

Food Venue - Parking lot at the Shrine (killing any parking)

Facilities - 3 or 4 tents and an open area.

Status - Way too crowded.

Drink - Fairly Standard Bar

Food - Doughnuts with custom toppings, Hot Dogs, Black bean chili
with fixen's & chips there may have been some other food but I'll be damned if I
could get there.

Overall a very, very poor showing, not enough food started late - Couldn't talk
couldn't hear, couldn't park - too many cops to do any serious drinking.

Tuesday - Nintendo Presentation - Kodak Theater Hollywood. 4:00 PM till 1:00
AM

Drinks before the presentation - Pepsi products & water.

Food Venue - Highland Restaurant (Top floor of the complex overlooking LA
Lights and Hollywood Blvd

Facilities - A very cool restaurant and Bar

Status - Way too crowded but you could find space to breath

Drink - Fairly Standard Bar + good beer + Lemmon Drops and
Manhattans poured through blocks of Ice

Food - Chinese chicken salad in a to-go box with chopsticks, pan
fried Chinese noodles, cold salmon, cold green beans, sushi rolls, Mac & cheese
Au gratin, crab triangle sandwiches, mini roast beef on rolls - desert great
pastry, strawberries and cantaloupe with chocolate dipping sauce. Coffee - tea
..

Sony Party Thursday 7: 30 till 1:00 PM

Food Venue - on a bluff overlooking Dodger stadium and DT Los Angeles

Facilities - 6 or 7 tents and an open area + 4 stages maybe 5

Status - Very pleasant

Drink - Fairly Standard Bar + good beers & wine decent Scotch

Food - 5 food areas. # 1) 2 kinds of noodles and sushi boxes +
crispy wraps # 2) oven fired Pizza Area ( 4 types of Pizza) # 3) Salted Fresh
Pretzels - Italian sausage and peppers. # 4) Grill area fresh tri-tip, chicken,
pork and turkey roll. Ay cool area with grill attendants and 6 carving stations.
Several sauces for the meat. # 5 Fresh Fajita Area with a ton of additions # 6
dessert area - cheese cake and pre-melted Smores with graham crackers on the
side - damned if I could find any coffee
