I was at Linens and Things earlier today and discovered they had a set of
Cuisinart Multiclad cookware (model TPC-7) on clearance for $100. They're Cuisinart's copy of All-clad's stainless/aluminum sandwich, but made in Korea with a brushed (instead of fully polished) finish. They have steel lids instead of the glass lids like Emerilware. I've wanted pots like these for years but could never afford them. This evening I cooked steak, broccoli, a fried egg, and some hot wings. The pots are fantastic. Just thought I would point it out. I'm not affiliated with Linens and Things, Cuisinart, or the Korean manufacturer. |
