Default Last Night's Pork Chops

Thanks for all the suggestions, folks! What I ended up doing was stuffing
the pork chops with garlic herb croutons, more garlic, sauteed onion,
spinach, mushrooms, sage, oregano and parmesan (thanks to someone else for
that idea!!!) and I seared them, then baked them at 275F degrees for about
an hour and a half until they reached an internal temp of 150F. I let them
rest, the temp increased to 160F and we dove in. Juicy, good taste to the
stuffing. I posted pix on alt.binaries.food as Stuffed Pork Chop and
stuffed Pork Chop II. Good eats! Thanks, all. I knew I could count on
you!

Won't fit in my fax machine. I tried, but I need an extra wide fax.
