Default Australian beef! Delicious!

Bought 2 packs of filet mignon from Australia at Trader Joe's. The no-
hormones, no antibiotics beef.

Grilled those up and they're the best I've ever had!!!

Just salt and pepper and fire.

Mouthwatering delicious!!!

AWESOME!!!!

Kangaroo tastes like a good filet mignon too, if cooked just right. And
it's gotta be grey roo, not red roo.

G'day Sport

Glad you enjoyed it. Our farmers (or rather their properties [ranches])
are in the grip of drought, so good to know some tasty product is
getting overseas!

I dont know about your beef or roo, but I really like your Jarridale
pumpkins and your Queensland Blue winter squash. They need a big area in
which to grow, but produce like crazy and they are good.

They also have some other cuts I'm going to have to try, so I don't miss
out, while supplies last.
