Every meal we eat is just the two of us. What is so difficult and
unusual about that? Just make what you usually make for your litter
only cut down the ingredients DUH.

A small rib roast AKA cote de boef. Roast with plenty of root veggies
and a bit of celery. It is a very good and simple one dish meal. It
isn't cheap, but you didn't ask for cheap, you asked for the best.
