Creamy salad dressings. Blend with spices and vinegar or lemon or/and
mayo in food processor or by hand. Add garlic and spices.

I would say, throw them away. We are lucky to have lots of avocados
but I do not like the smell of an over ripe avocado and so throw it
away. We give them to our chickens and they love them, as do wild
cats and many kinds of birds.

I saw a recipe for avocado ice cream which looked good. You could also make
avocado mousse with a little gelatine, some chopped tomatoes and some
whipping cream. mmmmmmmmm
