further to my previous post about freezing avocadoes, i find that about 50%
are too badly gone. is there a very simple receipe (since my skills are very limited) that i could make, to use up these overipe avacados please? many thanks john west |

Guacomole as long as the flesh is not going black. Do a search in this

Creamy salad dressings. Blend with spices and vinegar or lemon or/and
mayo in food processor or by hand. Add garlic and spices. |

We are lucky to have lots of avocados but I do not like the smell of an over ripe avocado and so throw it away. You could also make avocado mousse with a little gelatine, some chopped tomatoes and some whipping cream. mmmmmmmmm |
