No. It's one of those things I'm happy to eat "out". It's
inexpensive and good.

Although the prawns I order are butterflied, I don't see why it
wouldn't work as whole, skewered and grilled.

Sorry I can't provide you with a recipe. It's along the line of
Chinese style "salt & pepper" (fill in the blank) adding garlic to the
mix.
