I've taken to using corn tortillas instead of bread, but I don't think
any real adjustment is needed.

Spread the peanut butter. Sprinkle on some ginger; a small amount the
first time.

And a while back, I discovered that peanut butter with a bit of
cinnamon is tasty. Unfortunately, I discovered this by buying peanut
butter with a _lot_ of cinnamon added.
