All you have to do is roast them seasoned with chinese 5 spice powder (
if you can only find stars then grind them yourself, (get a dedicated coffee grinder keep it for spices)), sugar, and a small amount of granulated garlic. Do not over cook pork it doesn't need to be well any more. Mike |

Mike, your post would make a whole lot more sense if you'd quoted the person you were responding to (it's not necessary to quote the entire post, just relevant parts) and if you'd left the "Subject" line intact so your response would "thread" in proper order (it's entirely unnecessary, not to mention inefficient, to start a new thread every time you respond to someone).
