My local station took the last few weeks off and Saturday showed an
episode where the gang went to Miami and made terrines.

You can go to pbs.org and put in your zip code to see your local station
schedule. Maybe they're taking a pledge break too.

The Dallas station has been raising money lately, but apparently
Cooking Under Fire will return to the schedule Wednesday night.
