1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 cups half-and-half
Raspberry Cream
Garnish: raspberry puree

Stir together first 7 ingredients in a large saucepan. Cook over medium

Sounds good. Will prolly try it next week.

In the same vein, I halved some peaches tonite and simply brushed 'em with
melted
butter, then grilled them next to the chicken thighs & fresh corn-on-the-cob
I was
cooking on the pit (with lump charcoal).

Mmmm - tasty peaches!

Shoulda put a dollop of sour cream on'em after grilling. Got a similar recipe
for broiled peaches in a cookbook I gave my son: pat of butter sprinkle of brown
sugar, broil, then top with sour cream. Luscious. Durn kid don't cook anyhow.

Wow, that sounds delicious. I've filed it away till August when local
peaches are in season.
