![]() How would I store a container of cookies..(the unbaked kind made with chocolate, oats, nuts, coconut etc.) I have to keep them fresh until this Sunday for our library's bake sale. They were delivered to me today to keep safe until the sale....Do I put them in the freezer or the fridge? Thanks....Sharon |

If this is the case, I'd wrap the dough tightly in plastic wrap, put them in air tight containers and put them in the refrigerator. I don't know...I would think that either refrigerating or freezing them would work. Did the person who made them (the "unbaker"?) have a suggestion? That person may make the recipe regularly and have an idea as to the best way of storing them. |

She's out of town for the sale and I offered to keep them safe until then.....I've got them in the fridge. Yes, they are the kind that are mixed, dropped, allowed to solidify. Thanks....Sharon |
