Gag me with a spoon coated with brown slime! On the other hand soy bean paste makes tofu and tofu absorbs other flaovers. Since hummus has chick peas plus sesame tahini plus garlic plus olive oil, the other ingredients should supply okay flavor. So it sounds like one of those things I'd have to try to find out if it's good or bad. |

I've had it and it was good. Lighter and brighter than traditional hummus.
