Thanks for the comments. I hadn't realized how much A & D the cod liver oil contained. My wife started out using capsules, but the recommended quantity is three grams/day, meaning 10 caps/day. And she already takes other meds/supplements. We thought cod liver oil offered at least a change of pace. But now it looks as though its back to capsules for us.
