saw it on KDOC (inland empire san bernardino/riverside counties public tv,
SoCal) ran it last nite & tonite. Also included hot dog, philly steak
joints, all in the eastern part of the country; should have included the
west. IMHO. We have a lot of good indie burger places, that are not big
chains.
