Here's the recipe for those who don't have web access (I left the typos
as they are):

Shrimp croquettes

500 grams shrimp (uncooked, cleaned and deveined)
1 medium potato (mashed)
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 green chillies (chopped)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 medium red onion finely chopped
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
2 cup bread crumbs
Salt to taste
Peanutt oil to deep fry

Blend the shrimp in a blender, remove in a bowl Mix all the ingredients
(except oil and bread crumbs) with one egg and make about 8 flat oval
cutlets Heat oil Beat the remaining eggs, dip the cutlets in egg and
then bread crumbs and shallow fry in hott oil until the cutlets are
golden brown on both sides Remove and drain on tissue paper and serve
hot
