Default Hello everybody!

I've been planning for long time to join an international cooking ng, to
meet new cuisines, and people: yesterday, I had the occasion, by reading
Pandora's ... how could I say... interpretation (?) of "carbonara".
However, I'm Italian, and I love international cuisines, in particular:
japanese, chinese, arabian and indian.
Now I'm planning of learning some mexican recipes, also because I've
bought on line some super hot chili pepper seeds, and I think that a
mexican recipe would be a good way to use them.
Anyway, I hope I'll be able to give my contribution to this NG and learn
many new recipes from you!
Read you soon.
Stefano

Hello Ophelia, I swear that my discussion with Pandora is now over.
Now on I'll only post and ask recipes
However I know Pandora since some weeks, it just happened that she
posted, by mistake, the recipe on the italian ng, and I followed her here.
But again, today I'll post a couple of my family favourite recipes to
beg for your pardon
Regards!
Stefano

Welcome - please enjoy the passion for food most of the people here have.

You should look at alt.food.mexican-cooking although that group is not quite as
active as in prior years there is a wealth of information in its history which
you can find at google.

Enjoy,

Dimitri
