I was reading a book called the Green Castle by Jeannette Walls. When she
lived in Welch, WV she had a sandwich which called a chicken roll. It was cooked chicken, mayo, cheese whiz and crushed potato chips mixed all together. It is spread on "wonder bread", and slice is rolled and then eaten. I will have to give it a try although I plan to find a substitute for the cheese whiz. Tom |
