It has, and it will in the future. Varying amounts, and usually not in
in the same year as a May, June or August snowfall.

Lived on the Canadian Prairies for six years, hope you are all
rototilling that blessed mosture in!

How many gardeners still had their kozy kotes or wall o'water on their
tomatoes, hmmm?
