Default Cloning Peace Cereals?

Has anyone ever tried to clone something like a Peace Cereal?
They contain rather exotic spices (and herbs). In various
ones, I see epazote, fenugreek (seed), and pepper (in addition
to the not-so-unusual cardamom, fennel, nutmeg, ginger,
cinnamon, cloves). It seems to me the old cereal was a lot
more tasty than it has been in recent year, but maybe my taste
buds have just become jaded. I would like to try making a
granola that has an unusual exotic flavor like the ones in my
memory and wonder whether anyone here has ever attempted this
or whether I need to start from scratch? I am in the midst of
a google search and thus far have not found anything too
promising.

Thanks,

Tacking onto my own post. Now I see the problem: they took
the fenugreek and fennel out of the formerly wonderful
Maple-Pecan version. :-(
