Recipe wanted : lemongrass chicken and glass noodles
 

There is a Thai place I go to that sells a lemon grass chicken in a
delicious sauce, I was wondering if anyone had a recipe that might be
similar. The sauce is spicy, other than that I know nothing about it, oh
it's clear sauce, a little thick.

Also if anyone had a recipe for glass noodles.
