I am looking for an online resource to order sushi grade fish. Unfortunately
non of my local merchants can help me with sea urchin or monkfish liver and
I'm working on getting both for an upcoming dinner party.
Anyone have clues about mail order sources?

Do you have a sushi bar near you that have these items on the menu? You could
ask them.
