Default Where to buy non-metal backed silicone/Teflon sheets?

Hello everyone. I'm looking for a chain store in the United States
where to buy non-metal backed silicone or Teflon sheets. This is
an example I guess although I have not held one in my hand.

http://www.target.com/gp/detail.html...n=B0002MH 2H0

Is silicone bakeware rubbery stuff? I need smooth and slick like
Teflon.

I would like to find the thing locally. I can buy a Teflon sheet
online here.

Anybody know of a USA chain store where I might find a Teflon
sheet or shallow cookie pan with a non metal base material?

Thank you.

You don't have a Target near you? Try Walmart, Sears or Penny's.

There is a target in the area, but those items are sold online only.
I went to the Wal-Mart which is closer of course [playing] and
looked at some rubbery bakeware which said it was made out of
silicone. I guess silicone is not what I need.

Thanks. I might go to a mall (with Sears and Penny's) very soon. I
might also look around for another seller of Teflon sheets on the
Internet.
