Well, finally home again after 5 weeks in Melbourne spending time with
my twin sister after our mother's passing. Hard slog clearing her apartment but we got it completed and now we can relax and ponder our loss. Drove home, taking 2 days, unfortunately rained all yesterday which made driving difficult. Today, washing etc. and unwinding!! Sunshine here thankfully. Looking forward to contributing again and catching up a little on what you have all been cookin' and debatin' <g>. Also, now getting ready for my (and DH) trip to UK in September, visiting mainly Scotland and Ireland and a little of England, west side. Should get around a fair bit with 5 weeks to sample the local cuisine and see the sights. We are planning to stay in B&Bs mostly. Been to Scotland before but not Ireland. Cheers Bronwyn Oz |
