As someone suggested, I found my Udon noodles in the refrigerated (produce)
section of an Albertsons (Thanks for the tip) so I made my Emeril's Cold Noodle Salad last night. Couldn't find the black sesame seeds it called for but I'll check the Asian market next time I'm there. It was very good and I plan to put it on my cook-out menu in the future. Only trouble is, I have no idea how to pronounce Udon. Can anyone help me out here? TIA Renee |
