Okay, whatever floats their boat. Wonder how they feel about lard and suet? Mentally we've all been told these are bad things. But then again, we were told eggs are bad, salt is bad, bacon is bad... the list goes on and on. I'm not disputing the trans-fat thing, just curious as to who decides what, when; then another study comes out and says in Gilda Radner's best Emily Litella voice, "Never mind!" Easy way to avoid this is to cook at home. Of course we can't always avoid eating in restaurants, but I don't think the occasional foray into one would be tantamount to murder. Jill |
