Fantastic! I'll be buying this again. It has a nice smooth creamy texture
(without being too soft) and a buttery lightly nutty taste. I had it on some melba toast rounds. I tried some sliced on the rosemary olive oil bread, toasted (like cheese-bread) but the rosemary overpowered the cheese. Next time perhaps a simple sliced baguette. Jill -- I used to have a handle on life...but it broke off. |
