What did you use as a floatation device while you awaited rescue?

That was my first experience too - Ranger pushed me out into the
Pacific. The water is cold and there's a bad undertow, so it wasn't
an easy swim.

I don't think you need to feel embarressed about this. The "tools"
were hidden in plain sight and a lot of us missed them because the
site doesn't work the way most people expect it to work... so who is
wrong? Don't misunderstand me , I'm not knocking the idea - but I
think it could be more user friendly.

In any case, it's a hit here on RFC
!

You betcha, Phred... hotter than Hades, as we say.

Yep, it's about as hot here as in Georgia. Damp, wet heat. Step outside
and want to take a shower heat.

I plan to, thanks! It's the only redeeming factor of such a miserable heat!

No, no cork, but when I realized the predicaments in which I was, I
concentrated on thinking Happy Thoughts and before I knew it, I was
floating above the water. After several hours passed that way, I
heard a voice say: "Let's delete that idiot, how did she get up there
from New York City?" and the very next moment, I was back home. )

Thank you sf, for your interest and thank you, Christine, for getting
me safely back home. MS

Margaret, you are such a goof! Glad to hear you're no longer treading
water. Did anyone rescue Stan from the middle of the Atlantic? ;-)

TammyM, managed to misplace herself a couple of times as well

Tammy, are you insinuating, that my little story is not true? If the
Darling children could fly when they had happy thoughts, why not I?

When you misplaced yourself, weren't you worried that you might not
find yourself again? I have misplaced lots of things and many were
never found again, so be careful with what you do with yourself. M

I have been working the past few nights, and working tonight as well.
I haven't had much time to read RFC, and I am hoping that those of you
who need to be deleted, or whatever, will also post it to RFC, so that
Jill can see it as well.

I cleaned up a few, but there are still some folks that have left
themselves in pretty odd locations, like Stan in the ocean, and
blacksalt in the wilds of OR/WA.
I haven't heard anything from those folks. Same with Terry Pulliam
Byrd: she is no where near Laguna Niguel.

Debra Fritz says she is in Orange County, but she must not have zoomed
in before placing her marker...she is a long ways from Orange County.

I deleted Michael (Dog3) so he can redo his.

Anyone that wants to be deleted, or to be able to change theirs,
please PING me or Jill, or Damsel.

Dear Carol or Jill,

Please, look in New York City on Central Park West and 84th Street.
On the North/West corner is a icon that does not belong there.
Please, delete it.

Thank you very much. MS

You're zeroing in, Margaret. Are you parachuting down to your
location?
