Map of RFC'ers
Heya all,
I found this handy little map thingie from Google, whereby we can show where we all live. You don't have to put down your address, so it is rather annoymous, but it can pinpoint you rather well. I set up one for RFC, in case you want to place yourself on the map. The URL is: http://myguestmap.lorca.eti.br/guest...an02&locale=en I have already put up my permanent address, but I might add my temporary ones as well... Christine |

Zooming in... slide the scale marker on the left of the page waaaay up. You may need to move the map using the arrows above the scale. I can see why sf was surprised at the size of Memphis... took me a while to even locate my neighborhood outside of Memphis in Cordova! And I had no idea we have a "Lake Memphis" LOL Jill |

Okay, I went to: http://myguestmap.lorca.eti.br/guest...an02&locale=en And all I'm getting (using Netscape and MSIE) is a blank page that says "RFC'ers (click on map to add a marker)", but no map? A few tips...
If you have a two button mouse, hold the left mouse button down to drag the world around. That way, the navigation controls do "hover" over the map and you don't have to scroll the browser's window around. After you click on an RFC head (where's the chef hats?) and their "balloon" displays, grab the zoom "thumb" and throw it to the top for a quick, accurate "zoom in to the max" of that member. |
