Yep. She's a big one...

We felt a breeze when we were out today doing our long bike ride. Hubby
(*big-time* storm buff who can rattle off stats from any hurricane in
history and has his own weather station that's hooked up to a website
where he can track temp, humidity, rainfall, etc. for our yard <rolling
eyes>) said it was from Katrina.

According to him, it's supposed to be absolutely gorgeous here tomorrow
because of Katrina. The same thing happened when Andrew turned up and
hit LA back in '92 -- it sucked all the moisture out of our area and
left us dry. Blue skies and low humidity. Should be nice...

Mary (in Houston area)

Very well done.
I noted the 'rapidly' falling barometer.
Around here (North coast of BC, Canada) a graph like that would send
everyone scurrying to put extra lines on their boats.

Ken.
