![]() Hello, I have a 3.3 pound boneless turkey breast in the freezer that I plan on cooking later this week. How should I bake this thing? I mean temp. and length of time. I'll be buying a meat thermometer too,so I can use it when I cook this bird. Also,do I need to worry about foil and basting? This is my first time making one of these so I need help. Thanks alot, -- YKW |

for a 3 pound breast you won't need a thermometer, season, foil it or
cover in a similar size pan 250 degrees at a rate of twenty minutes a #, should come out just right |
