Hello Everyone,

This weekend we have added a couple of new recipes to our collection of
Spanish recipes.

The first one is probably the most popular "tapa" or appetizer found in
the
Spanish bars. We are talking of the Potato Omellete, or as is known is
Spain
the "Tortilla de Patatas" or also "Torilla Espa=F1ola". It consists of a
cake like omelette with sliced potatos and onions, though there are
hundreds
of variations.

The second addition is a special recipe for a tomato sauce that can be
use as
a basis for "bravas", a spicy potato served as appetizer in most bars
in Spain.
