Default Fish taco ideas?

Tonight it is fish tacos with some of the mahi-mahi we caught last summer. I
am looking for any really good ideas, hoping to go beyond the standard
additions. Thanks!

When I make fish tacos I make a slaw to go on them. Shredded cabbage, finely
sliced cucumbers, carrots, bell pepper and diced jalapeno pepper, marinated
in very light vinaigrette.

Taking an idea from Chinese cooking, fish tastes pretty good with black bean
sauce. Maybe you could make a black bean paste, sort of like the consistency
of regular refried beans, and figure out a way to add just a touch of
sweetness to them. Maybe a little apple cider vinegar, cooked down by 2/3,
then mixed with the bean stuff?

What do you consider "standard" additions? I know what we had for our
Labor Day "bbq", but I don't know if it was standard or not.

I consider things like salsa, guacamole, lettuce, onions, and sour cream to
be standard. Anyway see my other post about what I ended up doing.
