REC - Chocolate Covered Cherries
For mock Butterfingers, just spread peanut butter between two Wheat Thins,
then dip in melted chocolate - the kind they sell in big chunks for candy making. Place on waxed paper to set the chocolate. Embarrassingly easy. Here are the cherries. You can't screw them up. * Exported from MasterCook * Damsel's Chocolate Covered Cherries Recipe By :Damsel in dis Dress Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : candies chocolate Christmas Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 pounds powdered sugar 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 sticks soft butter 12 ounces real chocolate chips 3 jars maraschino cherries -- with stems 1/3 bar paraffin wax 6 tablespoons cherry juice 1.
