Hi All,
After a lot of time trying recipes, I am desperately trying to find a chicken vindaloo recipe that approximates vindaloo from an "Australian" indian resturant. There is definitely star anise, a lot of tomato and quite possibly tamarind in there. I can't seem to get it right. Any tips? Cheers, Brad |
